Before we dive in deeper let’s clarify a few Key terms we will use over and over again:

AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Think of AI as your digital assistant with a soul upgrade. It’s not here to replace you — it’s here to support you by handling the heavy lifting (ideas, drafts, structure) so you can focus on being embodied and present with your students. 

GPT

This is the “engine” behind tools like ChatGPT. GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer (I know, not very soulful ). In human terms, it means: AI has read millions of conversations, books, and ideas — so it can generate text, ideas, and strategies in a way that feels like you’re talking to a supportive coach.

Prompts

A “prompt” is simply the question or instruction you give AI. Think of it as your mantra. The clearer, more intentional your prompt, the more aligned and useful the answer will be.

Automation

Automation is when AI or software runs something for you in the background — like sending nurture emails, scheduling posts, or delivering freebies — so you can focus on teaching, creating, or resting. It’s the nervous system regulation for your business.

Integration

Integration means weaving AI into your existing flow (Kajabi, Instagram, your funnels…) so it becomes seamless instead of “one more thing.” This is how AI becomes your teacher, trainer, and assistant in building a business that works with your energy, not against it.
