It’s the vibration people feel when they land on your page, read your email, or hear you speak. It’s the invisible yet powerful resonance that either attracts… or repels.

Here’s the truth:

Your clients aren’t just buying your offer.

They’re buying the energy behind it.

They’re asking:

“Do I feel safe here?”

“Is this person in integrity with what they teach?”

“Does this feel like home for my soul?”

How to Align Your Energy Before You Align Your Funnel

If you are reading this week's blog, you already know how much I love Brett Larkin , and everything she teaches. When I get to teach and coach in her YTT sacred containers it always feels so aligned. It’s super important to have routines, sacred rituals, and intentions for every part of your Yoga Business.

Here’s how I raise my  frequency before I build  anything and How YOU CAN to before you build another landing page:

1. Ignite Your Intention Daily

Before you open Canva or Kajabi, calendly, or whatever app you are using  ask:

“Why am I doing this?”

Your why creates your vibrational anchor.

Say it out loud. Write it on your mirror or in your journal. Return to it before every post, pitch,launch  or planning session.

2. Embody Your Identity as a Soul-Led CEO

The version of you who’s already booked out?

She doesn’t second guess her worth.

She makes decisions from alignment—not anxiety.

She doesn’t chase… she magnetizes.

Your identity drives your actions. And your actions shape your frequency.

Every time you send a DM, film a Reel, or write an email—you’re either anchoring fear or amplifying alignment.

3. Take Aligned Action—Not Perfect Action

Alignment is not a passive feeling. It’s a devotional discipline.

It’s a muscle you build by doing the work even when it feels tender. Choosing to see your Yoga Biz and your offer as part of your spiritual practice turns anxiety over what if doesn’t  into Excitement for I believe it does -

Ask yourself daily:

“What is the next most aligned action I can take for my business?”

Then move. Even if it’s small.

Before you send another email or tweak your opt-in page, drop in and ground your frequency. Here’s a 3-minute ritual to anchor it:

Soul Frequency Breath

• Sit comfortably. Hands on heart and navel.
• Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 8.
• With each breath, repeat:

SOUL BIZ MANTRA : “I am magnetic. My energy is my strategy. I lead with Soul.”

Affirmation:

“My success is an energetic frequency I choose to embody today.”

Journal Prompt:

• Where in my business am I out of alignment?
• What’s one small action I can take to shift back into Soul?
