My 3-Step Strategy: to create 7 days of marketing in just 30 minutes

  Here’s exactly how I do it — and how you can too:  

Step 1. Align Your Voice with your Soul Statement 

Before you ask AI for content, you have to teach it who you are.

AI Prompt:

“Act as my expert content creator, Here is my Soul Statement,my dream student profile (paste them), and the problem I solve for them . From now on, write all content in my brand voice: soulful, empowering, and make it high-converting. Ask me clarifying questions before creating content. 

Step 2. Create by Theme or Idea

 Instead of creating 1 post at a time, I give AI a theme (like “visibility fears”, creating safety for your brain, overcoming imposter syndrome, or “confidence on and off the mat”). I  ask for my Soul Team to create my full content pack. Here is how to start yours:

AI Prompt:

“Create a 7-day content pack for Instagram around the theme [insert theme]. Include: 3 captions, 3 Reel hooks, 1 carousel idea, and 1 story poll for each day in long form copy for all 7 days. Make sure each piece connects back to my Soul Statement, magnetic message + Signature Soul Offer.”

Once you have it the way you want ask it to duplicate this for 3 other themes- this will be your 30 days of Marketing.

 Do this with 4 themes  or ideas→ and you have 30+ posts in under an hour love. 

 Soul Energy Activation (Quantum Edition) 

If you’re still procrastinating or doubting yourself, it’s not about discipline — it’s about frequency.

 No matter what tool you are using, especially AI - It will save you time, but it’s your energy field that makes content magnetic.

Say it aloud three times. Write it in your journal + Anchor it into your body with movement

Soul Prompt for your Journal:

“If I were already living in the timeline where my content feels effortless and magnetic, what would I believe about myself? What action would I take today?”

Write without editing. Let your nervous system catch up to the reality you’re choosing.
