Here’s how the sequence flows after someone downloads your Free Offer/Freebie/Lead Magnet ( doesn’t matter what you call it , it is the first time your people experience what it feels like to be in your world):
Email 1 – The Warm Welcome (Day 0)
- Subject: “I see you. Here’s what happens next…”
- Story: A quick share of the moment before you had your breakthrough — the doubts, the fears.
- Connection: Let them know they’re in the right place.
- Action: Deliver the freebie link + invite them to reply with their #1 challenge.
Email 2 – The Relatable Struggle (Day 2)
- Share a past struggle they’re likely facing now.
- Mirror their emotions without judgment.
- Offer one quick insight or practice from your freebie to give them an immediate win.
Email 3 – The Turning Point (Day 4)
- Story: The moment you realized things could change.
- Teach: Introduce a small part of your method (breath work ,meditation, e-book, class, or experience).
- Invite: Link to a blog, video, or podcast that deepens the teaching.
Email 4 – The First Micro-Transformation (Day 6)
- Showcase a client win or your own mini success using your method, if you are new- share your story and how what you are teaching changed your life. ( Help them see themselves in your story)
- Add a gentle CTA to your paid offer
Email 5 – The Open Door (Day 8)
- Gratitude for being in your community.
- Recap the journey they’ve been on with you so far.
- Invite them into the next step — paid offer.
- Urgency: Remind them what happens if they wait and/or give bonus for signing up now
By the time they finish this 5-email nurture sequence, they’ve:
Seen themselves in your past stories
Felt micro-transformations
Experienced consistent, loving contact
Connected you to their future transformation
Using this sequence builds loyalty — and it’s why my Yoga Biz Breakthrough Coaching clients often convert from their first nurture sequence.
Soul Energy Activation
Repeat after me: “Every message I send is an act of service. I trust that my words land where they are needed most, and the right students find me with ease.”
Somatic Reframe:
Find a comfortable seat Love & Close your eyes if you feel led to,
Inhale deeply, exhale completely + Begin to find your own rhythm
Place on hand on your heart, and the other on your belly just below your naval
Inhale in for 4 deeply through your nose and imagine breathing in golden light.
Let that light expand into your chest, asking your head, heart, and gut to connect
Invite your authentic voice in and Hold for 2 counts
As you exhale slowly for 6 counts >>>whisper silently : “ I am serving from my Soul”
As you release anything that no longer serves you, replace it with “ I am building community”
Repeat this cycle for 3 to 8 times
Notice the shift; your nervous system softens, your body relaxes, and your mind aligns with the truth that every email is an act of Love.
Weekly Soul Challenge
This week, write the first two emails in your Sacred Nurture Sequence using the past storytelling style:
- Your welcome email (share your “before” moment).
- Your relatable struggle email (mirror your dream student’s now).
Post one line from each on Instagram Stories with a poll sticker:
