And this week, I want to take that conversation one layer deeper.

Lately, I have been thinking about all the books I have not written yet.

The stories I have carried.

The words I have felt moving through me.

The lived experiences I have wanted to give language to.

Not as a victim.

Not as someone asking to be saved.

But as a woman who chose to alchemize what happened into wisdom, leadership, service, and healing.

I have always felt called to write a book.

Not just to tell my story.

But to give voice to the things so many women feel but cannot explain.

The things the body remembers.

The things the nervous system carries.

The things we survive, but still need language for.

And if I am honest, that idea has lived in me for years.

Not because I didn't care or was procrastinating

Not because it did not matter.

But because finishing something that honest requires being seen in a way that cannot be undone. And That's scary

And maybe that is the real reason so many ideas stay unfinished.

Unfinished ideas are not always a time management problem.

Most of the time they are a visibility wound in disguise.

The workshop you keep outlining.

The offer you keep almost launching.

The retreat you keep dreaming about.

The post you keep rewriting.

The email you keep saving as a draft.

The book you keep saying you will write someday.

The yoga business you keep building in your head but not fully bringing into the world.

They are not dead dreams.

They are open loops asking if you are ready to be fully seen.

This is why you can feel exhausted even when you are relaxing.

Because somewhere inside of you, you are carrying the energy of:

the class you never taught,
the offer you never shared,
the story you never told,
the dream you never completed,
the version of you you keep postponing.

And honestly love…

The weight of it is so overwhelming

Most yoga teachers are not missing ideas.

They are drowning in them.

They have notes in their phone.

Journals full of downloads.

Half-written captions.

Offer names.

Class themes.

Retreat visions.

Lead magnet ideas.

Content pillars.

Beautiful dreams that keep getting replaced by newer, shinier dreams before the first one ever gets roots.

And this is where the spiritual world can accidentally make things worse.

Because instead of completing the thing, we tell ourselves:

Maybe it is not aligned.

Maybe I need to heal more.

Maybe I need another certification.

Maybe I need clarity first.

Maybe I need to wait until I feel ready.

But “alignment” is not the issue.

"The issue is that completion requires a level of self-trust your old identity has never had to hold before."

Completion creates confidence.

Not the other way around.

You do not become confident by thinking about the offer.

You become confident by sharing it.

You do not become confident by perfecting the post.

You become confident by publishing it.

You do not become confident by waiting until your voice stops shaking.

You become confident by using your voice while it shakes.

This is the part nobody wants to hear.

Confidence is the result of consistent action

and Completion.

So this week, I want you to ask yourself something honest.

What is the idea that keeps coming back?

Not the newest idea.

The one that will not leave.

The one that keeps showing up on walks, in practice, in the shower, in your journal, in the quiet moments when you are finally honest with yourself.

That idea may not be random.

It may be an invitation.

And your next level may doesn't require you to start something new.

It requires you to finish what your soul already started, it's your calling
