Let’s take a 5-minutes to create clarity or Brain DUMP

Write three things your younger self needed to hear.

Rewrite them as if you’re teaching to her now.

Circle the one that feels alive, aligned, and Exciting—turn it into your next post or class theme. Remember rinse and repeat here- breathe believe, create offer, Share, Receive. You are either learning what to do or what not to do
