This ancient practice once reserved only for royalty  has been around for over 6,000 years.

We stimulate the energy that lays at the base of your spine  to clear your chakras-"energy centers" with different kriyas.

Kriyas are a specific set of movements with your hands, eyes, and body combined with chanting to connect our head, heart and gut for optimal health and wellness.

This technology is so powerful that you can completlely shift out of fear, anxiety, worry, stress, and illness with one 12 minute Kriya.
