Self-Trust, Pricing & Your Signature Yoga Offer
Aug 31, 2026
You Don't Need to See the Whole Road
Sometimes the way you price your signature offer tells me more about how deeply you trust yourself than it does about what your offer is worth.
There's something I've noticed after years of coaching women building businesses around the work they deeply care about.
Sometimes I can tell how much a woman trusts herself before she ever tells me she's struggling with self-trust.
I hear it in the way she talks about her offer.
Especially when we get to the price.
“Do you think anyone will actually pay that?”
“Maybe I should make it cheaper to start.”
“What if I need more experience first?”
“Should I add another session?”
“Maybe I need to include more.”
“What if nobody buys it?”
And here's what I've learned.
Sometimes pricing isn't really about the price.
Sometimes it's the exact place where your relationship with yourself becomes impossible to ignore.
Because eventually your business asks you to make decisions before you have proof that they're going to work.
And that's uncomfortable.
Especially for those of us who would really, really like the Universe to provide a detailed itinerary first.
You don't need to see the whole road to trust the woman you're becoming along the way.
I See This All the Time With the Women I Coach
One of my students came to me with what looked like a business problem.
She had ideas.
Actually, she had plenty of them.
Different things she loved.
Different ways she knew she could help people.
Different possibilities for classes, gatherings, experiences and offers.
And from inside her own brain, all of those possibilities felt like evidence that she still hadn't figured out the “right” thing.
But when I listened to her talk, I didn't hear someone who didn't know what she was doing.
I heard the through-line.
I could hear what connected the things she loved.
I could see the experience she wanted people to have.
I could see how the different pieces could become an offer suite instead of a pile of unrelated ideas.
And most importantly, I could see something she couldn't quite see yet:
She didn't need another idea.
She needed to trust what was already there, her own wisdom.
So we stopped trying to force her business into someone else's formula.
We looked at what she loved.
What she was naturally good at.
What her people actually needed.
What transformation she could confidently help create.
And what kind of business she actually wanted to wake up and run.
Then we built from there.
Not because we could see every single step that would happen over the next year.
But because we could see the next right one.
And Something Shifted
What changed wasn't simply that she left with an offer.
She left feeling lighter.
Clearer.
More excited.
She could finally see how the pieces of herself that had felt scattered actually belonged together.
Instead of asking, “Which part of me do I have to choose?”
She could start asking:
“How do I let all of this become something only I could create?”
That is a completely different energy to build from.
And this is how I know clarity doesn't come from thinking harder.
Clarity comes from taking consistent action, learning, and finally seeing yourself clearly enough to stop doubting what you already know.

DISCOVER WHAT'S KEEPING YOU STUCKThis Is Why Pricing Your Signature Soul Offer Feels So Personal
We like to make pricing a math problem.
How many sessions?
How many hours?
What's everyone else charging?
What's the industry average?
How much should a yoga teacher charge?
How much should a coach charge?
How much will people pay?
And yes, there are practical considerations.
Of course there are.
But there is another conversation happening underneath all of those questions.
It's quieter.
And usually much more vulnerable.
Do I trust that what I know can actually help someone?
Do I trust the transformation I can provide?
Do I trust myself enough to make an invitation without apologizing for it?
Can I choose a price without needing everyone else to validate the choice first?
Because pricing asks you to put a number beside something that came from you.
Your experience.
Your wisdom.
Your creativity.
Your ability to see someone.
Your ability to guide them from where they are to somewhere different.
No wonder it can feel vulnerable.
But here's where I think we get ourselves into trouble.
We try to remove the vulnerability by adding more.
Another session.
Another workbook.
Another bonus.
Another certification.
Another hour of access.
Another thing to justify the price.
Until the offer becomes so full of “value” that we've completely lost sight of the actual value.
The transformation.
Your Student Isn't Buying More Stuff
She's buying movement.
She's buying the possibility of being somewhere different than she is right now.
She may be buying clarity.
Confidence.
Relief.
Connection.
Strength.
Healing.
A deeper relationship with herself.
A business that finally makes sense.
A way forward she couldn't see on her own.
Your job isn't to cram enough into your offer to prove you're worth paying.
Your job is to understand:
Who is she when she walks through the door?
And who can she become because she worked with you?
That's where I want you looking when you build your signature soul offer.
Not sideways at everyone else's.
Not backward at every certification you think you still need.
At her.
And at the transformation you know how to help create.
This Is Where Business Becomes Yoga for Me
Because none of us step onto the mat already knowing exactly how the practice will unfold.
We begin where we are.
We breathe.
We notice.
We move.
We adjust.
We return.
And somehow we understand that practice is allowed to reveal things to us along the way.
But then we get into business and suddenly we want certainty before movement.
We want to know the offer will sell before we create it.
We want to know people will pay before we name the price.
We want to know the niche is right before we talk to anyone.
We want proof before practice.
And business simply doesn't work that way.
Self-trust isn't knowing exactly what will happen.
It's trusting yourself enough to respond to what happens next.
That distinction has changed so much for me.
I don't have to know that every decision I make will be the right one.
I need to know I won't abandon myself if it isn't.
I can listen.
Learn.
Adjust.
Try again.
That's not failure.
That's practice.
Maybe You're Not Actually Stuck
Maybe you already know what you want to create.
Maybe you know who you want to help.
Maybe there's an offer that keeps returning to you.
Maybe there's a price you keep writing down and then immediately talking yourself out of.
Maybe you aren't waiting for clarity anymore.
Maybe you're waiting for permission.
Permission to trust what you know.
Permission to stop preparing.
Permission to choose.
Permission to charge for the transformation you provide.
Permission to begin before you can see the entire road.
I can't promise you exactly what will happen when you do.
And I don't think anyone else can either.
But I can tell you this:
You will learn infinitely more from taking the next honest step than you will from standing still trying to predict the entire journey.
A Moment I'm Still Practicing
I still have moments when I want the whole road.
I want the answer.
The confirmation.
The little sign from the Universe saying:
Yep, Carla. This one. Guaranteed.
Wouldn't that be nice?
But that's not really trust.
That's certainty.
And I'm learning there is a difference.
Certainty says:
Show me how this ends and then I'll move.
Trust says:
I don't know exactly how this ends.
But I trust myself enough to take the next step.
That's the woman I'm practicing becoming.
Not the woman who always knows.
The woman who doesn't abandon herself when she doesn't.
Sacred Practice
Take this one to your journal.
Where am I asking for certainty when what I actually need to practice is self-trust?
What decision have I already made in my heart that I keep reopening in my head?
Where am I adding more to my offer because I'm afraid what I already provide isn't enough?
And what would I choose today if I trusted myself just 10% more?
Your Next Right Step
You Don't Have to See the Whole Road.
But you do need to know what's keeping you standing at the beginning of it.
Take the Sacred CEO Quiz to uncover your current pattern, understand what's getting between you and your next move, and start building from self-trust instead of second-guessing.
SHOW ME MY NEXT MOVEBefore You Go...
I want to leave you with this.
You don't need to become a woman who never doubts herself.
I don't know that she exists.
You don't need to know exactly how your business will unfold.
You don't need proof that every offer will sell.
You don't need everyone to understand your price.
You don't need the whole road.
You need enough trust in yourself to take the next step...
and enough devotion to yourself to stay when the next step teaches you something you didn't expect.
You aren't trying to predict the woman you'll become.
You're practicing becoming her.
Community Reflection
What is one decision you would stop second-guessing if you trusted yourself 10% more today?
