Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
This breath restores balance between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, calms the nervous system, and clears mental fog—making it easier to choose aligned action instead of avoidance.
Practice:
- Sit comfortably with your spine tall.
- Gently close the right nostril and inhale through the left.
- Close the left nostril and exhale through the right.
- Inhale through the right.
- Close the right and exhale through the left.
- Continue for 6–10 slow, steady rounds.
Let this breath remind your system: You don’t need urgency to move forward. You need balance.

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe slowly and ask: “What action today would help my body trust my leadership?” Notice the first response that arises—not the loudest one.
